Kenwood KMC-35 Mobile Microphone
The KMC-35 mobile microphone is the standard microphone supplied with most new Kenwood mobile radios. It comes with a hang-up button on the back of the microphone that will engage with the hang-up clip that is supplied.
MC-59
The KMC-59 mobile microphone is a DTMF microphone which is an optional accessory for Kenwood mobile radios. It is used with systems where DTMF signaling is used or when text messaging is employed. It comes with a hang-up button on the back of the microphone that will engage with the hang-up clip that is supplied.
KMC-9C
The KMC-9C desk microphone is an optional accessory for Kenwood base station radios. It has two interlocking paddles, one for monitoring and one for PTT. The monitoring button must be pressed before the PTT button to insure channel monitoring in both analog and digital conventional systems. In LTR trunking systems, the button is used to stop multisystem scan. It is not used with digital networks.
KES-3
The KES-3 light duty mobile speaker is used with Kenwood mobile radios to enhance the sound of the Kenwood radios. The speaker comes with a mounting bracket that is adjustable to face the speaker in the best direction and a speaker cable with a 3.5mm plug that mates with the Kenwood radio.
KES-5
The KES-5 heavy duty mobile speaker is used with Kenwood mobile radios to enhance the sound of the Kenwood radios. The speaker comes with a mounting bracket that is adjustable to face the speaker in the best direction and a speaker cable with a 3.5mm plug that mates with the Kenwood radio.
Wideband Antenna
This PCTEL antenna is used with mobile radios that are operating on the MRA Diga-Talk Network. The antenna has a wideband response so it will operate properly from 450-512MHz which are frequencies that are used within Diga-Talk. Antennas that do not have the wideband response should not be used with your radio on Diga-Talk.
Unity Gain Antenna
This Comtelco antenna is used with mobile radios that are operating on the MRA Diga-Talk Network. The antenna has a wideband response so it will operate properly from 450-512MHz which are frequencies that are used within Diga-Talk. Antennas that do not have the wideband response should not be used with your radio on Diga-Talk.
KCT-18
The KCT-18 is a cable that connects the mobile radio to the ignition switch in the vehicle. This allows the radio to turn on and turn off with the vehicle ignition switch so that the radio is not accidentally left turned off or accidentally left on to drain the vehicle battery.
KRK-10
The KRK-10 Remote Mount Kit consists of several items that convert a NX-800 mobile radio from the standard dash mount configuration to remote mount configuration. The front of the radio is removed from the radio body, then one part of the kit mounts to the back of the control head, another part of the kit mounts to the front of the radio, a mounting bracket is provided to mount the control head, a cable is provided to connect the 2 halves of the radio and connector covers are provided to seal the connections between the control head and the radio.
