TKR-900 & TKR-901 Repeaters
The TKR-900 & TKR-901 series repeaters are Kenwood’s mid tier analog repeater / base station radio which has all the features you need in an analog radio. This radio has a wealth of robust features including a frequency range of 806-869MHz & 896-941MHz. The radio is capable of the following modes of operation: analog simplex, two frequency duplex, analog conventional repeater, analog LTR trunking with external controller. The basic repeater has 250mW output 100% duty cycle watt to drive an external power amplifier to operate at 40W or 80W. The repeater receiver has a built in local speaker with 4W output, receiver volume control, LED status indicators, , microphone jack for local transmitting, RJ-45 serial interface for programming, flash firmware upgrades. Analog FM air interface with 12.5KHz and 25KHz channels. FM modes include 16 QT/DQT, repeat enable/disable, 19” rack mount, auto switched 12VDC backup input, high stability oscillator, courtesy tone, takeover, LED status indicators, repeater control including hang timer, time out timer, CW ID, external FM controller interface.
